L-Carnitine: one tablespoon (5,000mg) once a day, straight or mixed with water or juice. Best before training or with breakfast. Refrigerate after opening. CLA: two softgels (2,000mg) with your largest meals; follow the product label and do not exceed its directions. The two products are designed to be used together as part of a daily routine.
The L-Carnitine bottle holds 32 daily servings (about a month at one tablespoon a day). The CLA bottle holds 45 standard 2-softgel servings — that's about 22 days at 4 softgels/day or 15 days at 6 softgels/day.
