Return Policy

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products. You do not need to finish a product to return it.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@nutrabotanicsusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
  3. Package the item(s) and drop off at any USPS location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Return Method

By mail. A prepaid return label is included with qualifying returns — there is no cost to you to ship the item back.

Restocking Fee

We charge no restocking fee on any return.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. Funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for a different product or size. Please contact us at support@nutrabotanicsusa.com and we will arrange an exchange at no additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.
