- Keep the purpose clear. A collagen blend, creatine powder and CLA softgel are different formulas. Compare ingredients within the role you want to understand.
- Use one complete labeled serving. A scoop can contain a blend, not just the headline ingredient. Capsule count and serving count are different measures.
- Separate price from effectiveness. Price divided by labeled servings helps compare purchase value. It does not measure absorption, potency or a health outcome.

Is cost per serving the same as cost per day?
No. Labeled serving size is not automatically a daily instruction. Use the actual product directions. This tool divides the bottle price by its labeled servings, not a personalized plan.
Do the two collagen sizes have different strengths?
Both current label summaries list 6,000 mg collagen peptides in 30 mL. The 16 oz bottle lists 16 servings and the 32 oz bottle lists 32. Size changes the number of servings, rather than the amount per serving.
Does this tool rank the most effective supplement?
No. It compares composition, format, labeled servings and purchase cost. Ingredients and formulas have different roles; price is not proof of effectiveness.
